A: Discover Rewards let you redeem your Cashback Bonus in two ways. You can either redeem online or call 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683.)
If you use the online option, you will have to register for the Account Center, if you haven’t done so already. If you need to do this, you will find a link that will allow you to do that. From there, it is simply a matter of logging into the Account Center, finding out how many points you are, and redeeming them for cashback bonuses by following the prompts and instructions on the page. Points redemption can start at as little as $20.
If you need help, call 1-8000-347-2683 (1-800-DISCOVER.) A Customer Service Representative will be glad to assist you in redeeming your Cashback Bonus points. He or she will ask you the appropriate questions to verify your account then will tell you how many points you have to redeem. From there, it’s simply a matter of choosing what you want, and relaying this to the representative.
