The Verdict: Members of the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union, better known as RBFCU, can apply for the RBFCU Gold Cash Back Visa credit card. And this is a good thing. Cardholders with solid credit can qualify for a purchase interest rate under 10 percent, a far better rate than they’d get with most traditional consumer credit cards. This card also provides cardholders with cash back every time they use it to make a purchase. The only catch? To apply for this card, consumers must be a member of the RBFCU, and to be a member you must live in one of several South Central Texas communities.

Overview: Credit union credit cards have a good reputation in the industry for having low fees and interest rates. The RBFCU Gold Cash Back Visa credit card does nothing to refute this. The card not only comes with a solid cash-back program, it also offers low rates and fees.

How This Card Works: Cardholders will receive cash back every time they use the RBFCU Gold Cash Back Visa card to make a purchase. Every November, cardholders will receive a check for the amount of cash they’ve earned during the year.
