There is no annual fee with the Chase Student Flexible Rewards Card. You get a 0% introductory APR for the first 6 months. The APR is then 17.49%. Although this isn’t the lowest rate around, the great rewards program easily makes up for the extra 1% point. Anyway you look at it, you arn’t going to get an amazingly low APR with any college credit card out there.
