Q: I am a happy Chase customer, but I need to call customer support. What is the phone number to do this?
A: If you need to contact Chase Card Member Services, you can reach them at the numbers included in this article. Explanations of restrictions and other information are also included.
If you are calling from within the United States, you can call 1-800-432-3117. Remember, you must be calling from inside the United States.

Your credit card also has a phone number listed on the back of it, and there is one listed on your statement as well. These are the numbers you call for account inquiries and information.
If you live in Canada, you will contact different numbers depending on the type of card you have. You also have different numbers to call if you wish to conduct business in French.
