Q: I am interested in signing up for Chase Blueprint using my Chase card. How do I do this?
A: First of all, for those who don’t know, Chase Blueprint is a set of features you can set up with your Chase card to help you manage your spending and borrowing. You can see your spending trends and set goals for when you want to have a purchase paid off by. You can even raise your monthly payment to encourage yourself to pay off the card faster.
Blueprint can be used for a number of Chase cards including: Sapphire, Slate, Freedom, Slate Exclusive Benefits, Platinum, and the Chase Ink series (Chase business cards).
When you sign up for Blueprint, a section of your monthly statement will be devoted your Blueprint activity so that you can see, for example, how much you need to pay to get your refrigerator paid off by the end of the year. This can be a very helpful program for those who want to manage their debt, and if you have a Chase card you should try it out today.
To set it up, you go to the Chase Blueprint home at chaseblueprint.com or call the number on the back of your card. You then select “Set Up Blueprint” and log into your account. From there you can find about the different features available and set up the plan that’s right for you.
If you need help figuring out which features are best for you, Chase offers a “Financial Style Quiz” to help you decide.
