Q: I need to call the Discover customer support line. What is the number to do this?

A: You have several options for contacting Discover Customer Support by phone. Each of the numbers listed can be accessed twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

If you are calling from anywhere within the United States, you can contact Discover Customer Support by calling 1-800-DISCOVER (1-800-347-2683). This number allows you choose the language in which you wish to communicate (English or Spanish.)

Outside of the United States, you will call 1-801-902-3100. Again, you are able to choose between English and Spanish for your language choices.

If you are hearing-impaired, you can take advantage of the TDD (Telecommunication Device for the Deaf) services that Discover thoughtfully provides. That number is 1-800-347-7449.

These are also the numbers you call if you have a billing question. You don’t have to worry about having to dial a separate number for this. This is very convenient for Discover customers.

Many companies have gone to phone menus; that is, you select an option from the ones given to you. If you tend to become frustrated when navigating these systems, you might try saying “Customer Service”, “Representative”, or a similar term to convey your wishes that you wish to speak directly to someone. This may be especially useful to those who have trouble remembering options.
