While every dentist doesn’t offer payment plans, many of them do, especially to those who don’t have dental insurance. If you’re not able to pay for your dental work upfront, you need to ask the dentist if they have a payment plan.
The good news, if your dentist does have financing, you may find out that they offer zero percent interest. You rarely ever see that option, so I know it may be a surprise to you but some dentist do offer just that.
Now, some dentist office may not have financing available but you can make payments on your bill. It’s not a loan or credit card, so you’ll likely not have to pay much interest if any at all. While this is great news, making payments on your dentist bill will not help your bad credit.
