American Express customers looking to use express cash should call 1-800-CASH-NOW (1-800-227-4669). If you have or are interested in buying an American Express gift card, call 1-877-AXP-GIFT (1-877-297-4338). Users of the American Express Prepaid Card should call 1-866-207-7970. All of these numbers can be reached seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
