Verdict: An absolutely great card if you have children or grandchildren and shop at Toys R Us and Babies R Us often. This card earns great rewards if you shop there as well as on other purchases such as groceries. There’s no annual fee, no over the limit fee, and the Toys R Us and Babies R Us Mastercard comes with a 0% Introductory APR for six months on balance transfers. The benefits and low fees this card offers are absolutely great.

Overview:
This card gives you 4 points for every $1 you spend at Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores along with 1 point for every $1 you spend elsewhere. Every 1,000 points can be redeemed for a $10 certificate to the Toys R Us and Babies R Us stores. The benefits sytem on this Mastercard are easy to use and let you save on items you love like strollers, children’s clothes, and toys.

How This Card Works:
This card starts by giving you a 0% introductory APR on balances transfers. In addition, you get 10% off your first purchase at Toys R Us or Babies R Us. The Toys R Us Mastercard also earns you 4 points for every $1 you spend at the two stores and 1 point for every $1 you spend at other eligible places like the grocery store. When you reach 1,000 points you receive a $10 certificate.

Travel and Shopping Benefits:

This card has absolutely great shopping benefits if you shop at Toys R Us or Babies R Us, making this card ideal for grandparents and parents. You earn 4 points for every $1 you spend at the two stores, along with 1 point for every $1 spend on other eligible things like gasoline and groceries. When you obtain 1,000 points you may trade them in for a $10 certificate good at the two stores. That means for every $250 dollars you put on your card at Toys R Us and Babies R Us you’ll receive a $10 gift card.

Fees:
Although the Toys R US Mastercard has a relatively high APR, the fees are overall very good. There’s no annual fee or over the limit fee. This card also includes a 0% introductory APR on balance transfers up to six months. The variable APR is 19.24%, while the variable default rate is 27.24%. There is a 20 day grace period in which to pay your bill. Late fees are $15 if your balance is $99.99 or below, $29 for balances between $100.00 and $249.99, and $39 for balances of $250.00 or greater.
