The Capital One Orbitz Visa Platinum card includes $0 fraud liability, travel accident insurance, and auto insurance, as well as 24 hour travel/emergency assistance and roadside assistance, as well as an extended warranty program. You can expect to pay 3% for cash advances, not to be less than $10. The late fee for a balance under $99.99 is $15, between $100.00 and $249.99 is $29, and over $250 is $39. The over the limit fee varies by credit limit. For limits up to $499.99, the fee is $19. For limits between $500.00 and $999.99 the fee is $29. For limits of $1,000 and over, the fee is $39.
